1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Avant Flux, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders and Preorders

• Avant Flux products are sold through a preorder system.

• Estimated production and shipping times are provided on product pages.

• All preorder sales are final. Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraud.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment is required at checkout.

• Avant Flux accepts [list payment methods you’ll use, e.g., credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments].

5. Shipping

• Shipping is currently available to the U.S. only.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Avant Flux is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

• Shipping times may vary due to production schedules and carrier delays.

6. Returns and Refunds

• All sales are final.

• Refunds are only available for defective or damaged items. Customers must contact Avant Flux within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of Avant Flux and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Avant Flux is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased. Our liability for defective products is limited to the refund of the purchase price.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Nebraska, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nebraska.

10. Changes to Terms

Avant Flux reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Avant Flux mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Avant Flux (“Avant Flux”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Avant Flux’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Avant Flux through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Avant Flux. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18778064657 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Avant Flux mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
